Eligibility: For basic-10th passed, For advanceed-After basic or 12th passed

Medium of instruction: For Theory English and For Practical purpose English/ Hindi or Marathi can be used.

Stipend: Rs. 1200 to 1500 per month will be provided.

Method of training: Main training will be on audio visual aids. Training will be offered by qualified and management experts.

Attendance: 90% attendance is compulsory for theory and practical. 50% credit will be given to performance during the field training and 50% credit would be given for the performance in the final examination.

Discipline: Trainees must follow the rules & regulations of the institute, failing which, they might be required to leave the institute.

Duration: 9 months. Examination will be conducted half yearly. The institute will award certificate. This course is approved by RTM University he can find placement in any private hospital or clinic.

Accomodation: Bed facility available for students who are from out of Nagpur.

Cancellation of admission: 5 days prior notice required from the trainee for cancellation of admission. Management has right to cancel admission of any student in case he fails to abide by institute discipline & rules.

Commencement of course: The course will start from 1st of August 2008.

Last date of receipt of application forms: 1st July 2008. Application form should be enclosed with two passport size photographs, attested Xerox copies of mark list for., proof of age & Xerox copy of the receipt of Rs. 20/- issued at the time of collecting prospects or else it will not be considered.

Interview for course: Will be held on July’ 2008 at hospital premises, 10.00 A.M. List of selected candidates will be displayed on notice board. Selected candidates have to submit original transfer certificate & original mark sheet of 10th / 12th as applicable.

Selected candidates may be required to join the course immediately after the meeting of parents/guardian along with the selection board.

  • Can work in eye hospitals as assistant performing easy technical tasks like vision recording, assistance in preoperative preoperation, front desk management, patient queue management, escorting patients, postoperative care
